Participants were mainly technical experts in the field of rail infrastructure, rolling stock, maintenance & service equipment, rail track & switches, consulting, design and engineering. With around 158 participants from 18 countries, Rail Technology Conferences 2010 offered a unique platform for networking with industry colleagues.

Rail Technology Conferences 2010 were organised by Europoint and co-organiser DVV (Railway Gazette International, EI and ETR) for the third time. The conferences discussed current research, new maintenance techniques, noise & vibration abatement measures and best practices and lessons learnt from various experiences.
