The whole railway industry comes together at RailTech Europe. The event takes place every two years in Jaarbeurs Utrecht (the Netherlands) and offers a large railway exhibition, three day high-level international conference programme, a large workshop programme, career matchmaking between exhibitors and visitors, Startup Fest, live (on-track) infrastructure demonstrations, train maintenance and rolling stock, exclusive technical visits and many other features.

The 12th edition, RailTech Europe 2019, will take place on 26-28 March 2019 in Utrecht (the Netherlands).

Taxi Expo is the yearly meeting place for the whole taxi industry

Taxi Expo is the annual conference and exhibition for the taxi industry. This years’ edition is on October 12th in Expo Houten (the Netherlands). Taxi Expo is mostly attended by taxi companies, taxi drivers and other stake holders. The event offers an exhibition and several workshops and a conference. In addition, the 6th annual Taxi Conference will take place on during Taxi Expo 2017.

Gas Station and Convenience Exhibition

The Gas Station and Convenience Exhibition is the yearly event for the fuel retailing and car-wash industry in Benelux. This year the event will take place on Tuesday, 14 November at Expo Houten, The Netherlands. Workshops and presentations are aimed at the interests of entrepreneurs, gas station chains and many more. The workshops attendance is free of charge for everyone working in the fuel and car-wash industry. The exhibition is visited annually by hundreds of professionals from the petrol industry.

The National Gas Station Congress will run in parallel with the exhibition. Organised by our magazine TankPro.nl in collaboration with industry leaders BETA BOVAG and NOVE, the event is targeted towards the gas station industry. The presentations during the congress will be held in Dutch. The National Gas Station Congress will take place on Tuesday, November 14th at Expo Houten.

Driving Instructors Day

Lesauto Testdag is a very active day with lots of fun for driving instructors

Lesauto Testdag is the yearly event for driving schools in the Netherlands. The sixth edition will take place on Monday September 18th 2017 at the National Militairy Museum at airport Soesterberg. More than 1.000 driving instructors will test potential cars for their driving schools. Inside an exhibition with the latest products and services for driving schools will take place. Also, there are several workshops organised to talk about ‘The driving school of the future’.

BusVision

BusVision focusses on the latest developments in public transport by bus

BusVision is the event for the public transportation, bus and coach industry in The Netherlands. BusVision 2016 is organized by our trade magazine OVPro.nl in cooperation with the Royal Dutch Transport. BusVision is an active networking opportunity for all bus companies and also a platform for social and political debates within the industry. During the event, visitors will have the opportunity to experience hands-on presentations of the latest products, technologies and services but also to examine the latest bus models inside-out and compare various driving systems.

The BusVision Congress is also part of the event. Zero emissions transportation, developments in the public transportation sector and big data are the main focus points of the congress. Also, there are several workshops organised with a focus point on public transport, bus and coach entrepreneurs and governments. These session are entry-free for all our visitors.

Child in the City

The main objective of the Child in the City Conference is to strengthen the position of children in cities

Child in the City Conference is a joint project of the Child in the City Foundation and the European Network of Child Friendly Cities (ENCFC). The World Conference, which takes place every two years, is a key opportunity for children’s professionals, city planners, geographers and policy makers to share knowledge, good practice and research findings from the various disciplines that are important to the shared aim of creating child-friendly cities.

The next Child in the City conference will be hosted by the youth agency WienXxtra, at the City Hall of Vienna, the capital of Austria on 24th – 26th September, 2018. The location for the 9th biennial international event was announced on the final day of Child in the City, 2016, held in Ghent in November.

Also, there are Child in the City’s international seminars organised, bringing together experts and policymakers from different relevant fields around a specific theme of the child-friendly city agenda. Upcoming Child in the City International Seminar – Urban Planning and Children is on 19-20 June 2017 in the City Hall of Rotterdam (The Netherlands).
